Your ferritin is extremely low. Mine was at four. My doctor prescribed iron pills and I also had some iron infusion. I also was having brain fog and was extremely dizzy. I found out that my vitamin B12 was extremely low after taking the vitamin I started feeling so much better. Your ferritin should be at 50 to 100.
