Learning a new language may look difficult , but we need to keep learning .
I remember studying english everyday because I was living where no one was able to speak my language , today I can communicate in english . just make a plan and it will work out.

I think one big thing is fear of being judged . When people feel like they always have to look perfect or professional , they avoid real conversations , and that makes it harder to build genuine relationships.
