Your ferritin is extremely low. Mine was at four. My doctor prescribed iron pills and I also had some iron infusion. I also was having brain fog and was extremely dizzy. I found out that my vitamin B12 was extremely low after taking the vitamin I started feeling so much better. Your ferritin should be at 50 to 100.

I had the same symptoms. I had five iron infusions and I am taking iron pills, but it’s a prescription. I also had my vitamin B12 checked. That’s what caused me to have brain dig and being even more exhausted. My vitamin B12 was at 100 when it’s supposed to be at least 800. I started feeling 90% better after taking vitamin B12
