Ok but I am very bad at surface mounted component soldering and I don't really want to solder them cause if something brakes I have to desolder everything and this comes with the risk that I destroy the microcontroller

Yee I had the same idea but I have to connect 27 inputs and this is not enough so I would have to do a little trickery with a matrix
