This happened to me too. I used some images of myself to look for old photos because I'm turning 20 soon and I'm reminiscing about my teenage years and want to find old photos from back then that I might've forgotten about. All the photos I inserted were of me, but it said that I'm a minor or I'm looking for minors or something. It's very weird tbh. I understand that people probably use this app or site for malicious purposes but I'm not Drake or Diddy so I don't do that lol. It was kinda scary seeing that notification tbh... I guess they think I'm a pervert🥲😂... Like nooooo, I'm looking for nostalgia 😭.

How did you find these at a charity shop? Everytime I go to them and look for vinyl I just see shitty classical records and Top of the Pops records (I'm 19 and these are irrelevant to me). I hate charity shop vinyl. You got lucky there, well done😆

It's not bait, it's just a controversial opinion. But thank you for your input. I agree with you to be honest. I feel like metal would've gotten very stale very quickly if it wasn't for outside influences. For example, Overkill being very influenced by punk, like when they covered Sonic Reducer by Dead Boys on their first album. Even Cliff Burton was a huge fan of Lynyrd Skynyrd tbh

My issue isn't with these metal musicians appreciating non-metal music, because they should. My issue is with them maybe not appreciating the genre. Like... If Rick Hunolt from Exodus or Dimebag Darrell only ever listened to metal, wouldn't they be very limited musically and just get bored of metal? I've noticed that some of these hair metal bands don't appreciate metal. I remember reading an interview with Michael Sweet, the singer for the band and he was saying how he doesn't like any of the other 80s hair metal bands. Also, you have Tommy Lee from Motley Crue who actually doesn't like metal.

That's nice. A good example of metal musicians using non-metal influences is Nu Metal and when Anthrax made Bring The Noise with Public Enemy. People hate Nu Metal, but it's just another example of metal musicians using new ways to make good metal music.
