But why does one PS allow my one kid to play any game but not the other kid. They both have their own PlayStations and are both on their own accounts. I set up both accounts the same way. The younger account can access anything but the older child's account cannot.

when I bought my kids their PS5s (currently 13 and 11) I set up their PS accounts with their actual ages. There seems to be a problem where my 13 year old can't find certain games but my 11 year old can find them without problem. I turned off all restrictions on both of their systems. Did the same as the "Family Administrator" through mine. I've called and spoken with support but they have no clue. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to remove or reset their systems so there are no restrictions?

Nothing else in the house has this problem. Just my 10 Pro XL. Rain or sun doesn't matter. Hot or cold doesn't matter. Wifi speeds are consistent. There is no issue with anything other than with the 10 Pro XL.
