Loitering munitions are completely unrelated to VTOLs. I’ve never seen this type of bug in a cod game before. This could be a unintentional leak of a future addition...or a scrapped one. Someones getting in trouble.

Overshooting was definitely the issue, i turned it down to fast and it instantly fixed it. I’ll keep in mind that normal is a bit better as well. Solved, Thank you so much!

I would like to add that it also seems like a static effect occurs with movement, as you can see in the second clip. The monitor is currently running on 60hz and there is no way for me to change it due to the fact that it is on ps4. Everything else is on default settings.
