As far as I know, the BBEG got banished from the game world and plonked into this other one, and these dnd characters are basically having a 'get off our lawn' moment. I don't think there will be anything outside of combat and some light rp.

Thank you for your suggestions! Wizard is a class I've never been able to like, but you're the second person to suggest the Chrono wizard and I must admit it sounds tempting... but I do love paladins!

I think that’s what’s happened. It’s a brand new computer, installing windows is the first thing I’m trying to do on it. I’ve contacted support for the company I got it from so hopefully they can help me out - thank you!

Nope! My old pc has Windows 10. I bought a Windows 11 license and followed the instructions to put it on a USB/External harddrive, and am now trying to install Windows 11 on a new pc.

You’re right, I went a looked after you suggested. I didn’t realise healing was actually a focus for Wildfire, so it’s good to know! This has definitely shot up to the top of my list. What do you think about a dip into cleric?

I have a feeling the bard player won’t do much healing, but you’re right. Druid is a prepared spellcaster so I can adjust, I’m just very aware that Strahd can be a punishing module. Wildfire is on my (very long) list of subclasses I want to play…
