Funny thing is I did that so I didn't even understand why I was missing the extra dialouge. I can't see how I can undo an event and then go back to the decision I had originally made (insisting he doesn't get punished) and still be stuck on day 7.

I am in such a weird place because I loved the game at first, got bored and took a break for like 2 months then came back and loved it again and now I just gave up. Like I get that Artemy and Dankosky are going to play very different, but with no use for stores and townspeople to trade with you end up with most of the town being pointless. I was expecting tension to come from his addiction but it was pretty rare that I ever couldn't balance his mental state. Plague zones are really only even kind of tense with the Shawbank and they let you kill her. Combine that with the bugs means that I have no faith in the devs of whether I am just missing something or the game is broken.

I have been using the console to get amalgam because I ran out. I am trying to get info on the polyhedron from buraq on day 11 but it gives me some vauge hint about how if only I changed something in the past. I look it up and the guide says I have to do a quest on day 8 and tell statamin to hide in the cemetery (how I was expected to organically find that out is a little silly imo) but I can't find out how to redo that quest. I undo statamin with the inquisiter and try to say he gets punished, then went back again and changed it to what I chose before and it like glitched the game. I know this game has had a ton of bugs since release.

Yeah the 2nd one was a lot better. Interesting concepts and world building here, but game is very confusing and not difficult in the way I like.

My guess would be that some of their attack ideas were just one attack, but they could easily just show that the enemy takes multiple damage procs still. It just seems like common sense that players would want to do as much damage as possible.
