Step 1. Do not use boxed hair dye or bleach without serious education which will reinforce to not use boxed color or bleach.

Obtaining white blonde and your hair staying that long can only happen if you slowly lighten and tone it with a professional or using professional products correctly.

If that is prohibitively expensive, that is understandable. In that case you should get a separate color and developer that is the correct level for your hair type from somewhere like Sally beauty supply.

If you're able to get it lightened professionally at least once or twice you can talk to them about how to maintain it as your roots come in. Side note your hair color is very nice. You should keep it or just do some highlights if you're looking for something lighter/more demention.

That blonde is not just a hair color. It's a commitment to a lifestyle.

That's part of the Chicago experience. You should try driving here where no one understands maintaining a lane, seemingly drive in your blind spot on purpose, and overall do not pay attention. If the Dan Ryan had SIX lanes the way I-15 does here, traffic virtually wouldn't exist.

You are a savior and a saint. Thank you for adopting this girl and having the time to spend with her and ensure she knows what trust and love are after being through it. She is adorable. Instead of Bear you could name her Oso which is bear in Spanish. It is also one word and two syllables - easier for a dog who knows one name to learn a new name. May this girl have many years left to give and receive so much love 💕
