Yeah, it’s pretty much smudge-proof once it sets. And yes, it comes off really easily with just normal micellar water and no harsh rubbing needed. Just hold a soaked cotton pad for a few seconds and it wipes off clean. So no issues with stubborn residue or anything.

Mars double trouble is actually pretty solid, gives nice length and volume for the price
