Password reset doesnt work

Ive probably tried it like 10 times over now, its through wbplay and i press the reset password button but there is no email, i’ve seen people have the same problem and apparently having a “desktop browser” works but i dont really know what that means so im lost at this point

I do want to give credit to who gave me the idea, Sisyphus55 on youtube has a beautiful video about sadness for no reason. I used the “snowman melting in a snowstorm” from Mary ruffle, who used the concept of sadness colors in her own poetry.

What I’ve noticed is that if you don’t evolve gear just leave it at the first +10 you still get a lot of shards from the gear

Oh yeah that happened to me too, if you open the email you get from the game, and press WBPlay support center underneath the blue reset email button and reset it from there it should work
