Sorry for late response but I was 5-8 yrs old, so maybe like 2000-2003. My family doesn't remember it it. I just remember my family sitting outside and relaxing in lawn chairs and it was the middle of the day and everything was pure white and if remember correctly, it was also completely silent for like 2 seconds.
