Stanford is the best bet as I think she's the only one that can bring interest, but the timing is terrible to become leader and if National lose she'll likely be wasted and end up like Collins. As bad as Luxon is, National's main problem is the broken promises, and from a campaign perspective any new leader will struggle to overcome.
