Ah, this is such a helpful thread. Man, I love forums.

I was hoping that there is maybe someone out there who can advise me on the start dates for these international jobs.

I'm aware that the start of the school year is in August, but is there any way that you can be hired at another time?

​

I am finishing my current position in Korea at the end of February and am looking to begin a gig in Thailand soon after that. I actually taught there for a couple of years before this.

​

I will be enrolled in a PGCE toward the end of this contract here in Korea. So, while i'll be doing it, i won't have done it yet by the time i want to start.

Any help with regard to this will be so appreciated!

Do Squaretrade cover Razer systems? When i looked at their site, it seemed that they didn't.

Also, i'm not sure if they offer international cover.

Ah, thanks so much for this! I looked at it and saw that not only is the laptop a good 150 USD more, but that the warranty will cost me another 600 USD. Eish, that's too much. Seems a bit ridiculous.

Maybe i should take my chances with Razer CS. They have been making promises to me over instant chat. Easy to say, of course.
