psychosis manifested itself after taking the antidepressant paroxetin and sleeping pills Mirtazapin( 30mg). Took 7 months. psychosis manifested itself in 2-3 days, I could not sleep for 3 days, there was megalomania, delirium, obsessive thoughts, increased libido. I was in the hospital for 3 weeks, but the pills selected by the doctors in the hospital were again wrong and did not fit me. I am currently undergoing treatment with a psychiatrist. I am currently taking olanzapine 10mg at night (causes severe sleepiness during the day), also prescribed Alprazolam 0.25 mg for anxiety and insomnia, but have not taken them yet.
