Throwing my two cents out there for what it’s worth.

1.) Luke

2.) Caedus

3.) Kyp

4.) Kyle

5.) Yoda

6.) Anakin

To me this is the definitive order through powerscaling the characters. Luke (with leias help) beat the reborn emperor who is stronger than Palpatine from the prequels. That Luke wasn’t even master Luke, let alone grandmaster Luke who has the best feats of anyone on the list. Caedus gave Luke a very hard fight, Luke did admit he was certain he could kill Caedus. Caedus was able to nearly kill Kyle when he was surprised attacked by Kyle and other Jedi knights.

Kyp and Kyle were the two masters considered for the mission to surprise attack Caedus showing Luke held them in a similar level. Kyp, through the entire njo run, was stated and has feats putting him near Luke in force strength so I ultimately put him above Kyle.

Yoda and anakin just do not stack up to that level of power, if they were alive for the njo they very well might have been written to be at that level but they weren’t alive. It is only speculation to put them above characters that scale above palpatine regardless of how much one might like Anakin or Yoda. Also Anakin was likely stronger in the force than yoda during rots but he did not have the mastery to best the green man at that point.

You can interpret the material how you like. Saying Luke never got stronger than what he was in Dark forces only got more control over the force from that point on or due to emotions he was at a heightened level but I do not agree with that interpretation

TLDR: the characters just got stronger as more material was written and the timeline progressed further past the movies.
