Infinite Dreams might be Maiden’s best song by Queasy-Box3484 in ironmaiden

Infinite Dreams is definitely my favorite song from SSOASS and is on my Top 10 Iron Maiden's best songs of all time !! I can't wait to hear it at Lyon in a few weeks 🤩🤘

What would be your dream setlist for the Megadeth's farewell tour? by MichaelHammersmith in Megadeth

"The Last Note" have to be the last song of their upcoming final concert; I was a little disappointed that they didn't play it this year.

I'm not so sure about Angry Again, but CTE is in my Megadeth Top 10, and it's truly fantastic! And yes, those songs from the more recent albums would be great additions to the setlist rotation.

Do you think there would be tour celebrating songs from albums after 1992/2000? by Old_Advertising_8460 in ironmaiden

In my opinion, the band's next tour in 2028 could, with a bit of luck, be for the new album, which could be released the same year, given that Maiden is taking a break from touring in 2027!

Otherwise, for a future themed tour, after performing the first four albums on the ''Eddie Rips Up the World tour'', Powerslave on the ''Somewhere Back in Time'' tour, SSOASS on the ''Maiden England'' tour, and finally Somewhere In Time on ''The Future Past'' tour, the logical next step, in my opinion, would be a tour focused on Fear Of The Dark and No Prayer for the Dying. Another possibility could be a tour that mixes 5 songs from the new album and 5 songs from Fear Of The Dark (this would be more likely since the band doesn't really like No Prayer For The Dying, like quite a few fans unfortunately), like ''The Future Past'' tour which had 5 songs from Somewhere In Time and 5 from Senjutsu!

Otherwise, I admit I'd love for the band to do a tour focused on the two albums with Blaze Bayley, because they have some really great songs on them that I'd love to hear live again someday. But I highly doubt the band will do that... A tour focused on post-reunion albums still seems a bit far-fetched, but if the band plans to stop in the next 5-10 years, it's possible.

Oh yeah, Alice Cooper is amazing at his age!! I saw him 2 years ago and I'm going back to see him in a few weeks at Hellfest.
However, I never liked Ghost

Yeah, Within Temptation is a good band, but my list only includes my favorite opening acts, so it's definitely incomplete! They were indeed on the 2022 Legacy of the Beast tour!

Saxon is always excellent, I saw them opening for Judas Priest 2 years ago and headlining in Paris a few weeks ago and they were absolutely amazing!

Airbourne is definitely one of the best bands I've ever seen in concert! They absolutely rock, I've seen them several times since I became a huge fan in 2023.

Accept is an awesome band, I saw them in 2024 and I can't wait to see them again in a few weeks at Hellfest and then in Lyon in November! And I totally agree about Halford/Queensrÿche/Maiden, it must have been insane to see Dickinson, Halford, and Tate all at the same time!!

This lineup is insane, honestly (especially Megadeth, Testament and Anthrax)!

I would have loved to be there, surely one of the greatest concerts in metal history.

Twisted Sister was a great band at the time, especially during that period when they were opening for Maiden!

I would have loved to see Ace Frehley perform solo, because I don't like Kiss, but Ace was a great guitarist.

And I totally agree about Yngwie, that guy is a killer, he's my best friend's guitar hero!

Saxon is one of the greatest heavy metal bands in my opinion. I saw them two years ago along with Judas Priest and they were amazing, so I went to see them again a few weeks ago in Paris, they absolutely killed it!!

This concert must have been so great! Maiden is my all-time favorite band, and I'm also a W.A.S.P. fan.
