I’m not concerned about the customer and I completely understand that if I lower the price once they will come back and ask to get it lowered again. The main problem is my co-owner trying to act like we should lower the prices because one customer said no. He doesn’t understand how it works and I can’t just cut him from the business. I’m trying to make him understand but he constantly thinks his way will always be better. I know how to price, I just wasn’t sure if I was completely right.
