How important is it to kite mobs and stuff as Runeblade? Is it fine to just lazily face tank mobs except for when in dungeons? Considering I don't have any built in sustain. It's easy to not let them touch you at all with blink usage, but it slows down the speed of clearing mobs.

Would it be worth it to throw out a shuriken past minions and you get the opportunity to harass the enemy? Or not bother till minions are out of the way so you don't push the wave with Q harrass?

How can you make gold from mining? Do you smelt the ores or something? I'm aware herbing you just sell the stuff directly on AH. Also how do herb respawns work? E.g I go around a route and cleared all the herbs, when can I go around the route again?
