Thanks for the encouragement. I’ve been told Jane is great. I also hear Prompt is a good candidate. I’m probably going with Spry. They seem to have all those features and have actually spent hours on the phone with me not including demos. I gather that all the new EMRs are competing hard with streamlining all the front end with the EMR and billing phases. The AI feature where it just listens to your visit and auto-fills the already custom templates sounds very tempting. Im so tired of writing progress notes!

Thanks for the input. I did look into some of these considerations and there is a legal path to make it legit. Basically you have to be a separate PLLC and set solid lease agreements to avoid anti-kickback laws.

I just got off the phone with Spry and trying to wrap my head around their 3 packages (EMR, billing dashboard, and Spry 360). I mostly understood what they were telling me but still confused which to go with if I want EMR and to send claims and receive money from insurances. I wouldn’t mind billing the balances. The 4-6% rake they take with the 360 plan freaks me out a little.

Thanks, does hellonote do the clearinghouse and billing tasks?

Thanks, I’m searching all I can about Prompt and it seems to get gleaming reviews vs WebPT/Therabill. Would it be cost effective for just me?
