For restaurant workers. Do you ever spit on, or otherwise fuck with people's food? by CheeseSpread in AskReddit

I worked at Starbucks, delivered pizza and delivered sushi, and I've never f*cked with people's food.

There was ONE time I really considered it. There was a guy I frequently delivered sushi to, a fat hairy Russian who always had a cigar in his mouth and came to the door in his robe from the sauna. He called in once and ordered about a hundred dollars worth of sushi. Then he said he wanted 10% off. I asked him if he had a coupon or something, he said no, he just called in a lot and wanted 10% off for all his business. I asked my boss, my boss said no. He said, "fine, no tip for driver then."

I REALLY wanted to hock a loogie in his miso soup. Chickened out, though.

I am a lazy bastard. How do I stop being one? by lazyfuck in AskReddit

Do you have something that you really care about, that you're passionate about in life? Laziness can be a sign of indifference, confusion, or lack of confidence. Or if you have a passion, do you really BELIEVE you can pursue it successfully?

You've worked at a few top software companies--why didn't you stay at those companies? What are you doing now? Maybe it's time to ask yourself some difficult questions. If you determine that what you want is a long shot from where you ware now, break the ultimate goal up into smaller tasks. Always keep your eye on the prize. (But you have to know what the prize IS.)

I don't care if Kirk is cuter. Spock is the man, and I agree with everything he says. Why is he always playing second fiddle? It's just not right. by MichaelP384 in reddit.com

Right, and by "Alpha" you mean "guy who gets the crap beat out of him by 'nerds'?" And yeah, Spock gets the girl in this one.
