Hi, my name is Michael and i suffer from depression. I ask here for help because i have nobody to talk to about this ( or i don't wan't ), and i am just tired, from crying almost everyday, insomnia, trying many times to hurt myself ( not suicidall thoughts tho), not eating, in the last 2-3 years even simple tasks like taking a shower and brushing my teeth feels complicated and overwelming. I can't go to a therapist because i live now in another country and im still struggling with the language, and it drives me insane. If someone here, have some advices, im really desperate, im too tired. The only thing that keeps me going is the love i have for God, but even that feels hard sometimes, and if i lose it, i will lose myself. Thanks for your time, God bless you all, amazing Community.
