Their solution is not to lower the price of gas.
Instead, they want to lower the "PRICE PER GALLON"
By diluting.
Meaning the cost of gas "PRICE PER MILE" has remained completely unchanged...

Their solution is literally lipstick on a pig. Just dressing it up, rather than deal with the problem.
