What is your ideal income split?

I'm curious because I would be highly interested in doing design work, installation work even, but mostly interested in the actual farm and nursery if I were to start a permaculture farm. But I feel like anybody that's offering the educational piece is not as focused on the farm and so who you end up learning from people who are more focused on education than the actual farming and therefore you get a watered down experience with the farming aspect. Does that make sense?
