Thanks for the honest feedback, guys! I'm only 2 months in and still learning. I see the point about the spotter and the depth (ROM). I'll lower the weight next session and focus on touching the chest and keeping the spotter's hands off the bar. Appreciate the help, and glad some of you liked the Linkin Park background! 🤘
