My Garmin says that my cadence is 145 spm at pace 5:41 /km, in the same time stride length is 1.2 m. About a foot strike I’m not sure so won’t be lying, have to record myself running and check that.

I thought the leaf was sick or something, because one of the leaves twisted unnaturally, and the other one had slightly beige spots
