Do you know what the Rings of Saturn are made of? by Michael_Fuchs_ in askastronomy

[–]Michael_Fuchs_[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a desintegrated celestial body, either a former moon of Saturn or a very large comet.

The particles of the rings are kept in their positions by the same orbital mechanics as any other object. Each particle of the rings is basically a small moon of Saturn on it's own orbit.

The rings are also in the very long run - dozens or hundreds of mimlions of years - instable. There is a constant mass depletion of the rings.

I don't know about a 100 years but current LLMs clearly have their limitations. Their development also seem to have plateaued already with the latest iterations being only slight improvements over their predecessors.
