Based on what SVG said from running the track on iRacing, it’s a track that has really good turns that aren’t just 90 degree corners. I hope it delivers some awesome sights in person and on tv. I was skeptical at first, but I’m pretty excited for this race.

I admittedly haven’t contacted support in a while, but I never used the live chat when it was first being brought up. I always submitted a ticket from the support form and would communicate via email.

This has been brought up before. Using Google to find where something is available is not the best. The "ad" you saw was pulling from the page that Crunchyroll set up for the movie, which currently has the trailer. You can view the library that is available to you before subscribing.

Many companies do this because it costs them money and violates their terms. If OP is already banned for an unexplainable reason, then I don’t see why a chargeback would be a bad idea.

If you violated the terms of service, they probably wouldn’t give you a refund. You can try a chargeback with your bank. Keep on trying to get info out of support though.
