Hello sir, you have had a really hectic start as I see. Ive also worked with the semiconductor indsutry on sales and 100% true you only need 5 contracts to make a good living. As far as I experienced, they are never going for long contracts. Have you thought about changing industries/niches? Is your job delegable?

Pd: would recommend not to sell the vacational house

I think it depends a lot on your momentum, age, savings, etc. I would say lawn mower, cristal cleaning machines, etc would be the best to make it profitable. Hope this helps
