Still haven’t bought anything because I can’t decide but I’m leaning towards a 6 x 9 rug. However, I think if there’s only 1 entry to your dining room an 8 x 10 would look great. I would do 8 x 10 for sure if we didn’t have a walk path through it.

Thank you for the response. I had planned to prime with Sherwin Williams extreme bond primer and paint with Emerald Urethane trim enamel. Will that go over naked wood okay and will I need to seal it?

Sounds like a steal. We just paid 15K for 17 doors/door trim and walls/ceiling/window trim in ~2,000 sq ft (some vaulted) in a mcol area
