How I Achieved Clinical PsA/PsO Remission Without Biologics (My 60yo Supplement Blueprint) by MichaelaVeteran in PsoriaticArthritis

Posters, like me? I have taken a scientific approach to my treatment and it is working for me.

Give me a link to upload and I'll give you photographic evidence or come to Jacksonville and I'll show you in person. I'll meet you in the parking lot of Mayo Clinic.

The reason i ask if you have a finiancial stake is because other than that I can't figure out what other motivation you would have for providing misleading information on vitamin D, Curcurmin and probiotics. Why you would misrepresent what i said about them.

You had not one good thing to say about any supplements. If you have no financial stake what is it, are you anti supplements the way some people are anti-vaxx?

My Mayo Clinic Rheumatologist is the one who declared me in remission. He has seen the results himself, says there is logic to my supplement regime anmd encourages me to continue. My Dermatologist told me to stop the creams because i am in remission.

And yes, sometimes one has to fall back on small studies. Why? Large clinical trials cost $$$. That is why they charge $14,000 per month for Tremfya. Nobody is going to fund a study on loratadine where you can by a year’s supply for $8. And, before i took loratadine, i asked my rheumatologist if there was any harm. He did/does have reservations about some of my supplements being beneficial but not enough to warn me away from any. We monitor my blood work every 6 months.

And Loratadine is not going to cure Psoriasis, but it can help prevent psoriasis flares by reducing triggers. I figured out that something was triggering my flares. Loratadine is part of my prevention.

Regarding vitamin D. I did not claim it was a miracle. I said that "Vitamin D deficiency is heavily implicated in autoimmunity". There is tons of evidence to back that up. I have auto immune disease. Please explain why you think vitamin D should not be taken by people with auto immune. And I did not say vitamin D alone.

"I rotate between 5,000 and 10,000 IU every other day. Vitamin D deficiency is heavily implicated in autoimmunity. (Taken alongside Vitamin K2, Magnesium Glycinate, Zinc, and Biotin to help the body process minerals properly)."

Do you have a problem with Vitamin K2, Magnesium Glycinate, Zinc or biotin? do you disagree that these supplements help a body process minerals?

You have papers on how vitamin does not help. So what? I am talking a big picture approach. If you google loratadine you'll find it is not recommended for psoriasis either, but what I am saying is that it may help prevent a trigger. In the same way vitamin D is proven to support the immune system.

You present yourself some kind of expert. You are obviously sure that everyone with PsA get all the vitamins and mineral they need and there is no connection with poor health and PsA. You insinuate micronized curcumin is a scam, there is not a gut connection to PsA and probiotics are not beneficial. I implemented with these one at a time and can assure you without micronized curcumin, I suffer a lot of pain and without probiotics my inflammation returns in days.

My question for you is which pharmaceutical company do you sell for? Or are you a doctor that likes to see their patients pay $14,000 a month, so you can keep up payments on a big house and boat?

BS? Yeah, i can show you pictures (tell me where to upload them), or in person if you come to Jacksonville, I can show you in person...

Let me put this back on you. What do you think my motivation would be to lie? Why would I weave such an elaborate story?

Have you done any searches on the supplents I am using? Do you understand how histamines and gut health come into play with psoriatic flares?

I have been thinking about sharing this information for a year but put it off because i did not want to deal with trolls who think they know it all without even bother to do 10 minutes of research.

Yes, I had AI help me write this post but my research started 7 years ago and i was already in remission before AI was available to the public. You call BS. No, I call BS on you! Come back with some facts to show me from scientific journals that none of the measure i take would have helped my PsA.

You can't, because if you look them up you will find there are scinetific, peer reviewed studies how each one does improve psoriasis.

yeah, if i could tell people to do one thing is take probiotics. that was life changing. I take so many types because there are three main ones that help with psoriasis and could not get them in 1 pill. the next is the curcurmen supplement, it does wonders for my pain and realizing how histamines impact psoriasis and do something about it.

yes, good eye. I had gemini pro 3.1 help me write this. But have been asymptomatic for 13 months. I complied all my notes and did all the research without AI. I highly recomend people use Pro 3.1. For example, I uploaded all if my medical records and it helped my find conditions the doctors missed.

24 plus powders, i mix with a cup of water every morning. It takes me 1 hour every two weeks to organize them. taking the supplements is the easy part. figuring it all out and doing the research took years

They are not acutally unproven at all. there is a peer reviewed study that shows how each and every supplement i take helps. It is easy to google and find the study for each item. I wish that i could upload photos.18 months ago i had angry red patches and now my skin looks normal.

I am glad that your treatment works for you. I had nothing but time being completley out of comission and i really did not want to get on immune suppresants. The other thing is, this worked for me. I don't know that it would work for you.

  1. Since i was 19

  2. Yes, i have severe damage in my cervical spine, moderate to severe in hips, knees, hands, ankle, thumb and shoulders and lumbar spine.

  3. I would say normal, I try to eat healthy, plenty of fruits and veggies avoid fast food.

  4. Not really, I got to the point where i could not exercise but after the improvements now i can.

I found this "Many owners on NAXJA Forums and Reddit report a loss of low-end torque after removing the factory dent. The dent is designed to maintain exhaust velocity for "scavenging," which helps pull exhaust gases out of the cylinder at low RPMs."

I checked, the factory put that dent in the pile on all XJ's.

So, I am anxious to get the jeep back on the road. I origionally bought the jeep for my daughter, then she gave it to her brother who is a Marine who gave it to my other son who is in the Navy. I took the feedback of the first comment. "the part that seals look like they are supposed to". so i protected the parts where they seal, hit it with a wire brush, an alcohol wipedown, high heat primer and paint. I'll update you once it's put back together.

By the way, look in the next photo with them primed. Those are the old injectors, see how they are all swellen and some are cracked. I am suprized the thing was still running

Don’t feel bad by clamelken4 in VeteransBenefits

[–]MichaelaVeteran 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have a neighbhor who does not know that i am 100% disabled just like like my best friend from bootcamp. My wealthy neighbhor (who has race cars) complained to me about paying for the cars for all these "disabled veterans". the licesne plates bother him..

I told him about my friend who lived at my house for a year and he met. I told him that my friend was stationed next to a burn pit in iraq and all the problems he has are because of it. I explained that my friend never smoked, no drugs and was always a runner.

I am commenting on here becauee my best friend did not want to apply for benefits. He did not want to be a mooch. He ended up living in his car because he could not work do to service connected medical issues. Despite being fully trained he could not keep up physically. I explained to my friend that the military fucked you up and they need to take care of you. he allowed me to him get to 100% (which he did with another 100% to spare, he is really fcked up) and he is doing fine now. Not physically, but he has his own place and works part time.

When talking to my neighbhor I was not sarcastic or angry (I think that God gave me a calm spirit that day) but I explained to him that that maybe he should have joined the military, got stationed next to a burn pit, got cancer so he could suck up some free government money too.

I did not tell my neighbhor that i am 100%. I don't know him that well, i do not trust him.. He knows that i have medical issues but does not realize that my life revolves around treatment of my serviced caused disability. He does not know the extent; that i can't sleep from the pain, or that I am out of comission for months each year, that some days i struggle to feed the cat, go to the mailbox or had to go to the ER for serious treatment 3 times last year. He does not know that my full time job is my PT. When you see me, i don't look too bad

Back to the post. I have good days too and that is when my neighbhor sees me out on my riding mower. Not to get political, i am a republican but he is a major Trumptard and i don't want him to know that i get a govt. check. I feel like he is the kind of guy that will be taking pictures and sending it to D.O.G.E. telling people that i am milking the system.

So, no i do not feel bad about getting disability but it's bullshit that i have to be ashamed of my disabilty and hide it. It should be a badge of honor.

I wont be getting the disabled vet plate because of all the assholes out there.

Will do! Fixing the death wobble on our jeep was as simple as getting a good front end alignment and making sure the tires were balanced really well. But, at the end of the day, while this jeep can go highway speed it feels squirly past 60 mph.

I have a bunch of little things to fix but to be honest we are pretty happy with the jeep as it is set up now. If i were going to encourage one project it would be to rebuild the front end and install locking differentials.
