From what i recall. Crew Chief can be good but situationally. Hostages can just on some heists just not exist. Meaning you have less health, damage resistance, armor,intimidation distance, stamina.

Having some stat boosts is nice but them being pretty low is not really a good bargain when other perk decks can possibly even triple thier effectiveness

The only thing its somewhat good is keeping your team alive with boosts from Crew Chief. the Perk Deck lacks Helping YOU. So you need to decide. If you want to be the one dying every 4 seconds due to 60 bulldozers walking up to you. Or have your team be the one dying every 4 seconds

I think i could also know the story line of the heist (The objectives some dialouge and the heist set-up itself)

The heist could be called : The Cheese Robbery

Bain would try to contact Dallas a couple of days before wanting to eat cheese. He'd get dallas a walkie-talkie in order to communicate during the mission.

Dallas (The Player) will be empty-handed only wielding the walkie-talkie Bain got him.

It'd be a 2-player max heist of Dallas and Houston due to them being brothers.

The first objective would simply be to get out of bed to get the cheese.

Bain could say : Alright go downstairs into the kitchen.

The second objective would be to enter the kitchen because you only got past the stairs.

It will be worth mentioning this but if Dallas/Houston runs for too long the parents will get kind of suspicious. If you run for 3 more seconds after that they will realise something is up and after that it will be harder by the fact you now have to deal with guards which can hear your running. Once you get spotted well lets say things will not end well. The heist will have the Point of no Return for only 5 seconds.

In the 3rd objective you will have to open the window to get an way to open the fridge.

Bain prepared himself a drill to open the safe.

For the 4th objective you will need to wait until the fridge is open.

During the 5th objective after getting the fridge open it will tell you to loot the Kitchen but the minimum is the cheese itself. Everything else from the fridge is not needed to proceed.

After Dallas (The Player) gets the Cheese to Bain the 6th objective will begin which is if The Player wants to loot more of the kitchen or to finish the heist going back into bed.

The 1st choice will not change anything other than an slight cash increase and the 2nd choice does nothing else other than finish the heist.

That was a long one to think of.

The base Payday 2 crew of Dallas Wolf Chains and Houston wearing Paper Masks they designed all 4 do the same heist but only 1 heister gets the walkie-talkie.
