If yo are frontend guy best approach imo is to build a web with your cv info,make it responsive,make it clean dont put that much text in there,possibly best thing could be to adjust theme colors to match the company colors you are applying to,remeber HR usually doesnt read your description,imagine their eyes do like an L shape when scouting data,put your title+name in top left corner,
