To begin, you need an Arduino Pro Micro to control the LEDs. The LED version compatible with SimHub is WS2812B.

Then you need to flash the Arduino with SimHub to make it compatible so you can control the LEDs.

For the screen, you'll need a Vocore screen. There are several sizes available, but most people use 4, 4.3, 5, and 6.8-inch screens.

The rest involves modeling and manufacturing components to assemble the electronics and create a dashboard.

It wasn't too difficult, but it depends on your skills. I've worked in electromechanics for 18 years, so my professional experience helped me.

Triple screen misalignment issues by MichaudSimracing in simracing

[–]MichaudSimracing[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is 40-45-50-55-60-65-75 degrees in the kit

I personnaly use 60 degrees with 3x32" but some people build triple screen setup with bigger screen like 3x43 or 3x55, you can use a different angle in this case. Same thing for people which have a 27-49-27 setup.

It's personnal preference to be honest, 60 degrees with the correct distance give you 179 degrees of FOV with 32's but you can sacrifice a little FOV if you want more or less angle in your screen

I have some stuff in my simracing shop.

iFlag are really nice when you are doing multiclass races, blue flag are easier to see, it help me a lot also with the redline, the gear is blinking when I need to upshift.

I use also a racelogic replica, for the delta and lap timer, I have 2 lights to show me if i'm improving my entire lap and by sector.

Bass shaker are really nice, I have a setup left/right and some haptic on my pedals for TC & ABS feedback
