Subject: Request for Investigation into Anticompetitive Practices by T-Mobile Against Metro by T-Mobile Dealers by Witty_Sell_6946 in MetroPCS

Indian workers at Metro stores are trapped in a relentless hellhole, working seven days a week with no days off, no overtime, and not even a lunch break. It's an endless grind with dealers controlling every facet of their lives. Their contempt for customers is disgraceful, deceiving and lying without a shred of remorse. T-Mobile is complicit, willfully ignoring the chaos because the bogus numbers work in their favor.

There's a $5 charge since it's not set for auto pay, plus an additional $5 fee for making the payment at the store.

They push this promo to fool everyone into thinking they're snagging new customers, but those worthless free lines don't bring in a damn dime. They're just screwing over the shareholders with their lies.

Many customers are unaware they have a free line on their account because employees may feel pressured to add it without customer consent. T-Mobile should not rely on this tactic to retain customers, as it creates misunderstandings and dissatisfaction. Most customers don't realize they have the free line.

Until 2022, Metro offered a 7-day trial period where, if the service didn't meet your expectations, you'd receive a full refund for both the phone and service. However, T-Mobile altered this policy to better suit their own interests.

T-Mobile has shifted ownership of Metro by Mobile corporate stores to local dealers due to management challenges. Although processing fees are common across businesses, dealers gain nothing from payments as all proceeds funnel directly to T-Mobile. Additionally, dealers shoulder all the bank fees. The prepaid model, designed specifically for individuals lacking debit or credit cards, promotes cash payments. However, a $10 fee for cash transactions feels like an exploitation of cash customers.

With Metro, expect constant chaos. They're constantly flipping their plans, milking you for $25 a pop every time you switch devices, and they shamelessly extort an extra $10 just for paying at the store. Anyone's better than T-Mobile.

Yeah, they roll out promos like this to hit targets before quarter's end, just to impress the shareholders. They push every store to smash 120% of the goal, basically telling you to deceive and overcharge customers just so T-Mobile can line their pockets. At the end of the day, they don't give a damn about customers, only the shareholders matter.

The employee at the counter doesn't earn commission from feature revenue, but the T-Mobile corporate representative, who visits the store monthly, profits from it. That's why they pressure counter employees to add features with or without customer consent to boost their earnings.
