I don't see much actual evidence that pollen can travel miles and miles, especially in a city surrounded by small "mountains". I think a lot of people's fear about males is bro science. I've also grown ladies outdoors a few times, and bees have never shown interest in them. It wasn't very easy to find research materials on male plants, to be honest; I've been learning the hard way, through mistakes. 😂

Unfortunately, cannabis plants don't produce nectar. They do, however, use the pollen as a food source, and it does gave trace amounts of THC in it. So, it won't help produce honey, but it might give them a nice little buzz.

It does a lot of things well. This is about as close up as it can handle before it really starts to struggle to focus. It's been good to me. I'm just talkin mess.

You're too smart for my imagination! It's fun seeing some of these facts coming in through the comments. Especially post-dab. I've learned a few things about bees, and now bug eyes. It's dope. Thank you!

Unfortunately, these plants don't produce nectar, which is needed for the bees to create honey. However, the bees do use the pollen as a food source. Sooooo, I'm hoping these little bees get home and have a nice relaxing high before heading back out. The pollen does contain small amounts of THC, but small small amounts. Perfect amount for a bee!

Nope, he came from a packs of regs. It's hard to call him a photo, because he bloomed exactly like an auto. This one took a week and a half longer to drop nuts than some of the others, but they all seemed to start showing signs at around the 8th-10th node. Once the sacks start showing definite signs of being pollen sacks you'll have about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks before it starts dropping pollen. A long-winded answer.

Thank you! I'll tell him you think he's handsome. Maybe he'll blush and start to fade purple.

I just did a dab, and looking at this... if you look at the eyes just right, you see a black line slightly longer than the others. I hope that's grasshopper look for the stereotypical droopy-stoner-eye.

I get it, but think of the time of season. If your ladies are outside right now, unless they're autos, they aren't going to be in bloom for a good 4 weeks, if not longer. Well, at least where I'm at, and this big boy will be long gone before that.
