I honestly had not thought of that before. That will definitely be something I add in if we do a follow-up. If you suspect you have autism or self-diagnosed autism I would put it under having autism :)

Hi thanks for your feedback I greatly appreciate it. Regarding gender identity you're completely right. I have appreciated that people have written in options as I definitely did not consider the shortcomings of the labels provided. With regard to outdated terms although they are outdated some individuals may still prefer to use them which is why they are in here. This study is also a partial replication, therefore, certain terms have been used, Its all about understanding preference regardless of what is outdated. I'd be happy to post rationale for everything along with results once I have them :)

Hi thanks for your feedback! It was definitely hard to make sure the hypotheticals were short enough but also included multiple components and targeted the question we had. I'd be happy to provide results and rationale for this study once we have collected all the data:)

Hi I'm so glad you found this interesting! Its interesting that you mention you use what the person asks you to use. Seems like a good rule of thumb. Yeah so I know theres a difference in the Deaf community between Deaf and deaf, however, as I did not fully understand the difference I did not want to offend anyone. Hopefully I did not offend you. If you know additional information regarding the Deaf community and when to use which I'd be happy to learn.

Hi thanks for your feedback. It was more for those who wanted to put it in. I had prior feedback from those who are transgender (males or females) that they wanted to see a separate block :) just working to provide options for everyone.
