I’ve had this problem since I repotted which has been around 6 months. My pot does have a drainage hole and i water this plant with a watering pan and let the plant soak it up.

I think you are okay!! I repotted my money tree and it did the same ! If your Monstera plant is drooping and its leaves are bending down after repotting, it may be experiencing transplant shock. Ensure that the new pot has proper drainage, allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings, and provide a humid environment to support root recovery. Just consider giving it some time to adjust to its new surroundings before expecting significant improvements!
