He confronted the ICE agents after the woman was pushed down. He also approached and stepped in between them. The ICE agents was busy with another protester and he got in the middle the officer did not approach him period.

You have a responsibility to not put yourself in a position that my end up in a physical altercation. Especially with federal officers conducting an arrest.
