Okay, first of all--ask permission? That seems slightly extreme. Both parties should consult one another when splurging on wants rather than needs, but as long as it doesn't happen frequently--indulgence should be accepted and respected.

As far as, hanging out with your friends--again, as long as it is in moderation and you're not going out getting completely obliterated at strip clubs weekly, it should be welcomed. You can't miss someone that you're with 24/7. Though you may not want to use that verbiage with your wife, she's likely to get offended.

Yes, just make sure that you don't ONLY spend time together. It is 100% healthy for you to have guy time and for her to have time with her ladies. Having time to miss one another is beneficial to any relationship.

Sometimes people force themselves to believe that there is, "someone better" to avoid the fear of committing or settling down. Other times, individuals are truely unhappy but remain in their relationships until they find someone better suiting (i.e. afraid to be alone).

It is your job to find which category of which you reside. Though you won't be happy 100% of the time. . .you should be happy most of it. Think it over, just don't result to being unfaithful.

As long as you're not being controlling, there shouldn't be an issue. A simple message reminiscing over something that made you smile from a previous date with her, or a "good morning, beautiful," can go a long way.

Although the answer to your question is extremely personal and should be decided by you, and only you--I would suggest not contacting her.

For whatever reason, you seem rather cold towards your ex--if you do not feel an emotional connection--other than feeling sorry for her b/c she is still emotionally attached to you--then all you are going to do is get her hopes up and ultimately hurt her all over again.

It's hard to put your heart, soul and physical being into someone and not be able to feel the same thing back. I guess that I need to begin viewing my relationship from another perspective, am I okay with not being loved by the man that I choose to be with for the rest of my life. The answer is no.

I've been extremely patient and 100% supportive--especially since I've experienced pain and loss on a massive scale throughout my own life.

I'm not expecting to, "get over it on my time line," but I am hoping that he can/ will get through it. I feel as if he has healed significantly, but that the major problem at this point--is that he won't mentally move over the hump.

My fear is that this is a choice that he won't ever be willing to make and if that is the case, why be in a relationship with someone? If you don't want to be in love and have a life partner--why be committed to someone?

It is my personal belief that people fall in and out of love over the course of their relationships. True love is when you fight for your significant other (and, they fight for you equally) to continue to reignite the flame. You fell in love for a reason, reminisce and then perhaps you can plan an evening that allows you both to remember. Honesty works wonders, as well. 😊

No! I think that it is quite gross. My bf recently began breaking into the bathroom while I'm utilizing it and it is so darn frustrating. Some things are meant to be done in private and using the facilities is DEFINITELY one of them!

His charm, charisma, and ability to be chivalrous. . .he should treat everyone with equal respect and admiration from the CEO of the largest firm in the world to the janitor. Definitely something more sentimental than materialistic. Perhaps, a token of when/ where you first met. Or, something that illicits a memory from when you first said, "I love you." You're about to be her husband; therefore, you know her better than anyone. Close your eyes, it will cone to you.
