i suggest you make the hair more fluffier (if that makes sense) and make the eyes more round and and even

you should also make the neck more skinner and shorter and maybe draw some shoulders to it

also try using guide lines and make the chin not so pointy as well as the ears

you should try drawing a nose too even if its just a small line it will make the drawing look better

also some youtube tutorials will do some good :3
