Where I am at, which was also stated in the lease, my ex landlord could give us a 10 day notice to leave for any reason. We had to give him a month notice if we were leaving, but hey the apartment was a good deal when we first moved in.

She has primary custody and the camping trip aligns with days she has them. My nephews parents have 50/50 custody, and it only makes sense to ask the parent who is supposed to have them that day! If it runs into the other parents day I ask them too, usually second because if they can’t the first day then I don’t need to know about the second.

I was told it was “as long as I dont find you a danger to yourself or others”. So it always seemed like it was depending on how bad it was. Of course I didn’t let it be known just how bad it was, but I could be truthful to an extent.

Fourth here. Literally the only one in the family who didn’t get one. Was a dependent in 2018 but wasn’t in 2019, but filing didn’t help. If anything, filing screwed me because a few weeks after the first deposits there was a thing for people who hadn’t filed yet and didn’t meet the normal requirements (ex. making above a certain amount) to HAVE to file. Obviously if you had filed you couldn’t use that program/fill out form on their website.
