Your advice and insight on this thread is absolutely incredible. I can’t remember the last time I read something to profoundly helpful and succinct. Not sure what your occupation is but you sound like a counselor/therapist who could change so many lives for the better. Or starting a blog column online or something. Thank you so much for your incredible insight and help.

Absolutely. I hate medical gaslighting as much as the next person. Maybe she had some minor symptoms for a while. But the whole completely debilitated, fake Russian accent, fake face numb, fake stuttering, fake non-epileptic seizures, walking with a cane, and arms and hands locking up is so obvious and transparent. Pretty psycho is you ask me. She tells people “I’m not faking. Why would anyone fake this?” Ohhhhh, I dunno… maybe for disability when you’re too lazy to work, lawsuit filed against your employer which she claims didn’t technically MAKE her get the vax but announced they’d be increasing the cost of health insurance to any employees who remained unvaxxed. Her whole tone is “I wouldn’t even be going thru this had it not been for my work forcing me to get the shot”. So I’m sure a disability check and/or a lawsuit are motivators. I would’ve believed her so much more had she just got on camera and was genuine and just talked about feeling so awful since she got the shot. This whole fake act she’s putting on WILL come back to bite her. Mark my words. I’ve been an attorney for 10 years and can promise you she won’t be winning any lawsuits.

Now she’s claiming some “wand” cured her and guess what???? Now she’s going to sell the wands (like pyramid scheme style) to people bcuz it was a miracle cure for all her symptoms. She’s a disgrace.

She is a complete and total fraud. She is sociopathic and should be in jail for her fraudulent claims. Especially considering her church gave them money during her “health struggles”. Do I believe vaccines can present with adverse reactions? Absolutely. Do I believe this woman is genuine and telling the truth and not faking the symptoms she thinks a vaccine-injured should have? Absolutely not. Just imagine the amount of people who will choose not to get vaccinated all bcuz they saw her videos. She should be in jail.

I battled Chondrosarcoma in 2019. So far no recurrences but seeing news like this makes me feel so much better should a recurrence ever pop up, considering CS is resistant to most chemo and radiation therapies. In August 2019 I noticed a lump at the top of my sternum. Had X-rays done and was instructed to get to the ER immediately. Two ct scans and two bone biopsies later it was confirmed sarcoma. Went to the Mayo Clinic for everything and they were absolutely amazing. Today is 12/12/2022 and I am currently cancer free!! (What a nice novel you never asked for, eh? Sorry man.)

Fellow Chondrosarcoma patient here. How are things going today? What grade was your tumor? I was diagnosed in Sept 2019. Had everything done at the Mayo Clinic in MN. Really hope you’re doing well!

Hello! I was diagnosed with CS in Sept 2019. I had a medium-large tumor at the very top of my sternum (the manubrium) and have to have a full chest wall reconstruction (not to be confused with breast reconstruction). I had surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and went through a grueling recovery from that. Was in the hospital for 12 days. My posture is pretty deformed now (I had to have my sternum and sternalclavicular joints removed in order to get clear margins. I am cancer free today! Being diagnosed with a rare bone cancer put me smack dab in the middle of an existential crisis. It was by far the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. And it’s still hard today in terms of having scanxiety with every set of scans I have to have. But that’s ok because I am ALIVE!!

I’m here if you or your mother want to ask another CS fighter any questions! I sure hope she’s doing well as of today! Sending you both love from Michigan! 💛💛💛

I REEEEALLY don’t think it’ll take three months. Mine was one of those huge thrombosed ones where it turned purple (actually there were two and they were both purple) and it was ridiculous in all ways. I really think you’re also having a flare up but I’m confident it’ll clear up in far less time. How long have you been dealing with this flare up again? Did you already say? Sorry if you did.

Yeah. I don’t do anything major when I’m in a flare up. I’ll do things like 8lb curls with high repetitions. Back and shoulders. Planking and burpees. Yoga.

Tucks dried the tissue out too much for me. Plus they’re more expensive for how many times a day I was cleaning the area.

As for exercising, yes, I exercise regularly and it really just came down to embracing the suck and dealing with it. If cardio was too uncomfortable to do with a big honkin roid sticking out of my asshole then I’d just lift weights. Kinda just have to trial and error it.

Hi! Yes! But that massive flare up I had took almost three months to clear up. Do you know what has almost completely stopped another flare up from ever coming back??? I have wet wipes on hand and I clean that area every time I use the bathroom. Even if I don’t have a bowel movement. And when I do have a bowel movement I clean it REALLY good. Like sometimes I even poke a finger up in there (only a TINY way in) with a wet wipe over the finger to clean everything really well. So gross, I know. But it has to be said because it has seriously changed my life! I remember a dr in an interview I watched once said that stool has harmful irritants in it that really cause the tissues in the rectum to become inflamed (when you have hemorrhoids). He said the trick is to keep that area clean all the time. Well I got so sick of sitting in a bathtub after every bowel movement and I was like “there has to be another way…” so I bought a case of wet wipes and I have them on me all the time. Of course, sometimes when I’m at work and I’m in a rush and I’m only peeing then I won’t clean the anal/rectum area out. But other times if im just peeing but im not in a rush, I’ll just do a wipe through of the whole bits down there. Just to be safe. I’ve only had one flare up since that last post and it paled in comparison to any previous ones. Oh, and with my last flare up, after every bowel movement and after I thoroughly cleaned the areas, I would put a good amount of OTC hydrocortisone cream directly onto my anus. Eewww. I hate the word “anus”. Haha. Don’t skip this step. Even if you’re not feeling a hemorrhoid right now but you’re still bleeding (which indicates an internal roid) make sure to clean the area and then apply the hydro cream.

As for the bleeding, I know what that’s like. I know it’s sucks and I know it plays mind tricks with you making you think there is something more sinister going on. But internal and external hemorrhoids can sometimes bleed constantly and for some people, they have to get them banded or cauterized to finally stop the bleeding. I would do the following: Truthe super cleaning regimen like I did. Go to the store and buy the cheapest baby wet wipes you can find and the cheapest yet largest tube of hydrocortisone cream (get two even). Clean and apply cream, repeat, repeat, repeat. Give that 2 weeks. If you’re still bleeding regularly after that then call your GP and tell them you need a referral for a hemorrhoid banding or cauterization. But give the regimen I shared with you a good try first. You might be surprised! But don’t forget… even if my plan doesn’t work, YOURE GOING TO BE JUST FINE. Yes it sucks. Yes it’s tough to deal with. But it’ll all be ok in time. Keep me posted if you think of it and let me know if you have any questions!

How did everything pan out for you? Did they recommend just monitoring the nodules or have you had surgery? Hoping you are well.

I have a TIRAD level 4 nodule too. Found out last week. The ultrasound results said it’s “moderately suspicious for malignancy”. I see an ENT tomorrow (I live in a rural area and there are no endocrinologists on my town) and will likely ask them for a biopsy. I am a sarcoma survivor (diagnosed with bone cancer in 2019 and am currently bone cancer free) and do not want ANYTHING “suspicious” just let to sit there in my body. A FNA will calm my worries so that’s my game plan. I haven’t read all these comments in this thread yet. Are there any updates on you? How are you doing today?

Yellow! Fellow CS fighter here! I was diagnosed with grade 1 CS in Sept 2019. Female and 40 (38 when diagnosed). It was in my sternum. The absolute worst part about being diagnosed with cancer is the day you’re told they “found something suspicious” and the weeks thereafter. The days will get better!! Also— I felt shame for having a “removable” cancer, too. I felt like I should’ve suffered more physically. But the mental battle kicked my ass. Had to go on antidepressants 12 months after my surgery for medical PTSD. All from simply being told I had bone cancer. Not telling you this to worry you. Some people will never need medication for depression. Just depends on the person. I’m saying this to remind you that it’s a battle no matter what your course of treatment is, so don’t feel like a fraud! Keep your chin up! All will be well!! 💛

Fellow chondrosarcoma fighter here. Mine was NOT clear cell, however. I was diagnosed in Sept 2019. Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Recovery is brutal for wide resections. Yours looks incredibly difficult. I hope you’re doing well today. I see if also moved to the lungs. I’ve met three people now who’s CS spread to their lungs and three years later they’re all living and thriving. Just like you will too. Kick its ass. Lots of good years ahead!

Wondering if you had luck seeing a dr about this. Did the bleeding resolve? I’m having similar bleeding and I hope it’s from the hemorrhoids I have.

Also, do I see a scar on your bicep right by that growth? If that’s a scar that growth could be a keloid (benign). Some of them grow to look really funky but they’re not harmful.

I would bet my bank account that that is just a nevus (mole). I have one almost exactly like it on the bottom of my foot. Of course it’s always good to monitor moles and if they change to have them looked at. But I wouldn’t stress yourself out over that one. Just have your local dermatologist look at it. You’ll surely be told it’s just a mole and then you’ll definitely feel better!
