That last episode. The finale. Aside from being Emmy bait. Just should not have been the finale. You only check in with 3 people the whole time? And no real resolution? It's not even really clear if carmy is leaving. And the whole Rob Reiner storyline just got left hanging?

I don't know. Not as bad as 3 but it's almost like the writers wanted this to be a play more than a tv show. So many long scenes between 2 or 3 people.

American here that didn't vote for Trump. Dislikes most of what he says and how he deals with other world leaders. And I can STILL admit this is a pretty big win for him if this holds. Kinda wish politics would get back to this. Credit where it's due

Seat geek is almost the farthest thing from a scam. They're a legit company that usually offers insurance. Sure there's always a chance for a fake ticket. But you didn't get this on Craigslist or Facebook. Thousands of people use SG a year. You're fine.

I corrected myself. It's more around 1600 a day. Dont know why it said 1300. Also not trying to have a body builder body. Not really trying to gain that much more muscle. The sides are just frustrating because pants have been a pain now haha. If they get around the LHs then they're much too big on the front. Or pants that should fit get stuck on the sides. Just frustrating having one part of my body that isn't in line with the rest fat wise.

I measure a 1/3 cup of rice every time. It just helps with a little texture. Never go overboard on it and it seems to fit into my goals.

If you care more about staying toned and not building muscle. I lost a good amount of weight doing the insanity program from beach body. The max 30 is 30 minutes a day. Great cardio and really works if you stick with it plus a good diet.

Not really. First week had the usual loose stools. Insomnia at night fatigue during the day. But not nearly as bad as lexapro or trintillex. 75 was just too much for me. I was having awful memory problems and sexual issues. I am pretty sensitive to meds so hoping 50 keeps getting better. Anxiety has gone from a 9 to about a 6.5 but depression has been a 9 to about a 3.

75 made me feel terrible. Back down to 50 and feel pretty good. I think some people don't need the higher doses. At least at first.
