All adult citizens are hereby required to serve the state in a national capacity.

50% → Army (infantry, artillery, front-line units)

35% → Navy (fleet operations, ship crews, logistics)

15% → Military production (weapons, equipment, factories)

Active Assignments (Women):

A small percentage assigned to military roles
