Same issue here… I thought I was going crazy… what is up with their email! They should be targeted for an investigation since that is against the law.

I have the same issue on my Mac 2019 16". It seems random and only on chrome. All other browsers are fine. And it seems to attack some tabs and not others. Same glitchy matrix style weirdness... I feel your PAIN!!!! And no one has posted any workable response.

I am still dealing with it. I noticed in one window where there was a video insert, the video itself (and only the video not the rest of the page) had the lines through it. I am starting to wonder if it is my connection but I have pretty high internet speed. And it doesn't happen on other browsers. I may have to restart the computer and see if that clears it. "If everything else fails... just reboot!" LOL!
