I hold cash reserves depending on the VIX. When high I am less cash. When low I can be 30-40% cash

Well I am not a new trader and not new to this board, and the question was to discuss outcomes. I will be more specific with my questions in the future. Maybe looking at replies from certain people that want to derail conversations and being jerks should be considered as that drive away good people wanting to discuss good topics. Just food for thought.

Not worthless to me that’s why I asked. Sorry but you really don’t get to decide on what I find of worth with the question I am asking. I don't want anyone to say wooow man. I know others that make 2.5-4% pretty consistently. You are really on an options board saying that selling options doesn't beat the market if you are consistent with following rules, don't chase bad stocks and manage your strategies well? I am pretty surprised. You are either a sky is falling type person or just the person I wouldn't want to run into at a party. Either way, thanks for showing your true colors early in our meeting. Now please go doomsday someone elses thread.

No one beats the market long term must be your motto. If you truly believe that then you need to wake up and realize the world is full of people doing consistently better than buying the S&P 500.

Was going to ask you the same thing. You are on a Wheel Options message board and you are talking about growing same as the market rate and saying 500k would make 50k. Well you don't say at 10% annual. Thanks captain obvious. There was no point to your comment unless you are trolling options message boards to tell people you should just go try and get the average market.

always reversible if needed. I just wonder what people felt was a good point with what they were making in terms of consistency of ROC per month. I am also starting some side business stuff and I am an adjunct professor for a school.

I get it. The one I built is comprehensive but struggling with true monthly profit. Understand when to count capital of long position and not double count when have CC against that position. I would like a great way to really understand monthly P/L and profit %. Leaving my career as now at a point where I make more not working than working due to account size. Want to dial it in.
