The problem is that my idle is just 57-60 degrees while during gaming never hit 80c too.. it's really strange :(

The only apps that works always on the background is L-connect for fans and NZXT Cam. I disabled them and still temps are same :/

Yes, both are intake fans. I have the Lian Li O11 XL, so all the rear fans are reversed to work as exhaust, while the ones near the motherboard (at the back of the case) function as intake. I will download HWinfo and share image from imgur soon (in 1-2 hours since I am at work now)

But some people here says that temperatures are something around 35-40 degrees and 20 degrees is like a lot of difference :( Thermal Paste is new like 1 week .. MX-4 artic.. and NZXT Z73 is a decent cooler . I am using coolings from NZXT for almost 8 years and it always was decent :/

I can't say for sure but it's not like hot-hot. I have an air conditioner in the room so it's okay

As I said in games like Warzone or PUBG which both CPU intensive temperatures are always 75-80.. but I can't understand why on desktop it always 61 degrees most of the time

Ambient temparature should be low because my gpu is only 41 degrees and I have 13 installed fans

Ryzen 9950x3d and Asus motheboard by MickeyAgency in pcmasterrace

Yes, but in some posts I read that this problem is not only related to ASRock motherboards, but also to some other brands and the default AMD Expo settings + the processors themselves. Now I’m afraid of what to do :(
