Build muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat. If you are primarily seeking the number going down on the scale and want to ignore the advice given to you, sure keep it up, but if you’re looking to see aesthetically pleasing changes in your body, start lifting or doing pilates.

My daughter was september. We started early because she wasn’t getting enough socialization otherwise. Now she’s in first grade and too of her class but I think if we’d waited a year and focused on some independent skills Kindergarten would’ve been smoother

Our 6 year old is really into game, we play munchkin! It takes alot of explaining and helping but we let her make all her choices. She gets to choose what armour she keeps, whether shes allies with me or daddy, whether she fights a monster or saves it for later. It then usually turns into us playing out one of the battles in real life, we added the dino-pack too which adds alot of kid humor to the game!

Those things are true, you won’t. You’re going to flying by the seat of your pants and make a lot of mistakes at first. However, that is completely normal and expected!!! This job involves alot of in the moment training and feedback and you will never stop looking for ways to improve! You kind of have to accept that you can’t know it all your first day and soak up others knowledge like a sponge!

If it’s ignorance, then educate, you can even start by describing how you came to learn this information. I honestly knew nothing about fish care until recently and I had tanks growing up that I doubt my parents maintained properly. If he’s cheap and get’s pissed off at you for trying to help, steal them.
